Introduction:
Timmons Roberts' work examines how inequality between the global North and South drive the experience and responses to climate change. His current work includes studies of disparities in vulnerability to climate disasters, inequality of emissions and pathways of economic development, climate treaty and aid behaviors of states, the politics
of protecting the Amazon forest, and the Climate Justice movement.
His recent books include _A Climate of Injustice_ (MIT Press 2007) and _Greening Aid?_ (Oxford 2008).
